◎    用途及特点：

本产品适用于使用高粘度燃料油的主机，具有热效率高，单元结构紧凑合理，外观美观，大大缩短造船周期。

具有全自动粘度调节功能，在集控室内进行远距离调控。

◎    原理系统概述：

GYDY 系列船用主机供油单元，由供油泵、循环泵、加热器、过滤器、粘度计及控制箱等组成（详见系统原理图）整个单元可实现手动与自动切换的功能。

重油经粗滤器初步过滤后，经供油泵送至流量计测出油的流量，经回油筒及循环泵转送至加热器，经蒸汽加热高粘度的重油粘度降低，经自清式反冲滤器进一步过滤后，由粘度计测出进主机前的粘度，将测得的信号反馈到蒸汽调节阀，从而调节进加热器的蒸汽量，使燃油粘度控制在适用的范围内。

◎    Application：

The product is suitable for main engine which has high viscosity fuel oil. The advantage: high thermal efficiency, compact structure, beautiful appearance, and cut down the shop building-period.

Adjust the viscosity automatically, and it can be remotely controlled.

◎    System principle Description：

The plant consists of oil-supplying pump, circulating pump, heater, filter, viscosity meter and control box etc.(details see system principle diagram).It can realize the manual-automatic change-over.

The main body of marine combined unit of the purifier is made up by diesel oil purifier, heavy oil purifier, lubricate purifier, ect, in addition include oil supply pump, heater filters, alarm and control system, they are connected into a compact main body by pipeline, values and ware. In stalled on the base which act as residual oil tank or public base, All these can avoid the installing mistakes during the construction on the spot, it makes convenient for design and install, reduce the cost use and service and provide convenient conditions for use and service.  

◎     适用范围：

本系列分离机主要适用于船用柴油机及陆用柴油发电机组中清除柴油、燃油和润滑油以及其他矿物油中的水分及机械杂质，减少柴油机和其他机器的磨损，延长使用寿命。亦可适用于分离两种比重不同、且互相不相溶的液体，或分离液体中少量的固体微粒。

◎     Application

The separator is mainly used to remove water and mechanical impurities form diesel oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil and other mineral oil in marine diesel engine unit and land-used diesel generator unit of power station so as to reduce wear of the diesel engine and other machine, and prolong engine life. The model is also used to separate two unsolvable liquids with different specific gravity or remove small amount of solid particle from liquid.

◎    安装须知（Installation Notice）：

1、安装时，分离机四周应留足够的空间，便于维修和保养。

Take into consideration the enough space available to maintenance and repair separator before installation.

2、安装基础应牢固平整。

The foundation must be firm, plan and leveling.

3、所有与分离机连接的管道应采用柔性连接。

All the pipes connecting with separator should be flexible.

4、 安装在船上时，分离机的水平轴线应尽可能平行于船舶纵轴，以减少船舶摇摆时对分离机的影响。

When installation in ship, the horizontal shaft axes of separator, should parallel with the midship line of the ship, in order to reduce the influence to separator while ship swaying.
